Recap

5 week trip

Total miles on the road: 6100 miles (93.84 hours at 65 MPH, new butt should arrive next Wednesday)

Total miles in the air: 2500 miles

Total caffeine consumed: way to much

I've seen everything from snow to sun, rain to clear sky's, and bright blue to dark grey.

I have driven from sea level to 6500'. One flight took me to 39,000'.

There are no Starbucks in Kalispell, MT. I checked out two local joints and found the caffeine content to be a little low. I love Kalispell and would move there if they had a Trader Joes and Starbucks. The hills, trees, and 70 MPH speed limit on back two lane roads. Life is good in MT.

Next Monday is my 14 year anniversaries. How can I remember my anniversaries you ask? As most of you know I am a GM Woodchuck. My two favorite GM motors are the 327 small block and the 427 big block. My anniversaries is on March 27. (3/27.....327...) 14 years even after her mother canceled the wedding. That's a story in itself.

This is seriously the saddest thing I've even seen.

A woodchuck and squirrel get out to do more fun things than I do.

Must. Find. Life.

You just gotta love the Penguin. A fat furry little woodland creature and a proud flighless bird wondering the globe.

And yes, I'm married to kel, at least that is what the fine print says.

Today was a good day..

I'm flying home today from Phoenix, AZ. First good thing: I was moved from my favorite seat in coach to a window seat in first class. Second thing: The guy sitting next to me did not want to talk and left me alone on the flight. Third thing: The flight was smooth and on time. Fourth thing: I'm walking out of the gate area at the airport when a TSA guy calls me over and ask me if I wanted an item, because if not he was going to throw it away. And you know it would be darn shame to throw out a nice bottle of...... Yes, that is correct, a nice 750ml bottle of Sauza Tres Generaciones 100% Puro De Agave Tequila. I'm now very...very ........tanked. Thank you TSA. I'm a 40% by volume Woodchuck.

snow...snow....snow

A free Herring or Walnut to who ever can guess my location.

People ask why.

Start of the trip...Here I am looking at the West end start of the Columbia River Gorge. Great River, trees, great places to eat, and sun, for a Woodchuck whats not to like? All of the pink are Cherry tress in bloom. The work is never done. The office is where the cell phone is. PS. No delay on take off and the AC blows cold and I always have a 1st class ticket.
